About Jeff Hames
Jeff has worked in commercial real estate for more than twenty years and has owned and managed a small businesses for over thirty years. That combination gives him a unique perspective on every transaction. Having sat on both sides of the table, he understands the challenges and priorities of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, allowing him to provide practical advice and effective solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
Born and raised in the Twin Cities, Jeff has deep roots in the community and a genuine understanding of the local business climate. He enjoys learning what makes businesses successful and approaches every client relationship with the same level of care and commitment he would expect for his own business.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys remodeling projects with his two sons and hiking the trails near his home in Bloomington. He is also an avid sailboat racer, competing on Lake Minnetonka and in regattas around the country. He knows that success on the water requires preparation, training, teamwork, and determination – the same qualities he brings to every commercial real estate transaction.
